October was a busy month behind our scenes. We have been relishing our DNA Kits we have been able to buy and provide for some very appreciative adoptees. Which of course, is exactly why we do what we do!

November is National Adoption Awareness Month. See our latest blog on what that really means for we adoptees. This will be the time for us to really make a bold statement, that we adoptees are tired of not being treated as other non-adoptees. We do NOT have the same unalienable rights as every other American. And we were part of a third-party contract that we never had any say in. This isn’t fair, and it isn’t right, and we need to make changes! And so, we will try to find ways for us to do that. Thanksgiving is also in November, and we are so very thankful to you our readership, to have stood by us, as we have stood by you. So very grateful as well, for our wonderful Angels: Jessica, Nikkie, Lee, Anthony, and Alyson! Without them, we wouldn’t have the “find” rate that we do. We are also so very thankful for our Secret Santa. And those whose support is never ending! We can’t end by not congratulating Nicole B, Cammy and Kelleen, for finding their birth families and for achieving the concrete confirmation needed to connect with birth family. Every small step is a significant milestone!! I can say from my own experience, don’t ever give up! Enjoy your Thanksgiving Holiday, and please be safe for those who will be traveling!

We hope you will read our monthly news, and come back often to our website, Facebook page, and Instagram.
